Product Manager, Context

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Product Manager to lead their Context platform initiatives. This is a strategic role based in Paris, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise data systems, and agentic workflows. Our client is building full-stack AI solutions for high-stakes industries including finance, manufacturing, defense, and healthcare.

As Product Manager for the Context team, you will define how AI agents access, interact with, and leverage context, data, tools, and platforms to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. This role bridges cutting-edge AI capabilities with real-world usability, shaping how users and enterprises interact with intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product strategy for Context and Search platforms, aligning with organizational goals and market opportunities
• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in enterprise AI
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, balancing speed, quality, and user-centric design
• Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences refined by data and feedback
• Drive go-to-market efforts including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies in partnership with marketing and sales
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines for seamless execution
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term strategic objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably focused on Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Data platforms, MCP/Connectors, Search, or Ontology and semantic layers in B2B/Enterprise environments
• Strong technical fluency to navigate trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights
• Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and go-to-market—without direct authority
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and end users
• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly
• Low ego, high EQ, and collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity
• Builder's mindset with experience turning 0→1 ideas into products users love, and autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end
