You'll serve as the operational backbone for strategic accounts, acting as chief of staff to account leadership. This hands-on position requires someone who can blend consulting-grade strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, embedding directly with clients to drive measurable outcomes and ensuring flawless delivery across complex AI implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as chief of staff to the Program Lead, ensuring high standards for execution, speed, and client collaboration across all account activities
• Drive strategic alignment between client stakeholders and internal teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making through weekly cadences, steering committee preparation, and risk dashboards
• Develop deep understanding of client business models and strategic priorities, partnering with account teams to scope transformative programs and define compelling business cases
• Own delivery frameworks including timelines, milestones, and reporting; proactively secure commitments and flag risks or delays early
• Optimize delivery processes by identifying friction points and standardizing workflows to enhance quality and predictability
• Build and enhance internal platforms and tools to empower program delivery with scalable, tailored solutions
• Automate workflows to eliminate manual friction in planning, reporting, and follow-ups, accelerating execution and reducing operational overhead
• Translate strategic ambition into measurable outcomes and track long-term business impact of each program

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or as a Chief of Staff in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Structured thinking, adaptability, and clear communication skills honed through demanding client-facing or executive support roles
• Active user of AI tools to automate your own work: drafting, analysis, reporting, and PMO tasks; comfortable building and iterating on automations beyond basic prompting
• High agency mindset—you identify gaps and close them without waiting for direction, consistently raising standards
• Customer-centric professional who can hold a room with senior enterprise stakeholders and translate between business strategy and technical delivery
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong ownership; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments with a bias toward action over process
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to client sites across Europe
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris

Nice to Have:

• Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery environments
• Exposure to change management or adoption initiatives at scale within large organizations
• Hands-on experience automating workflows with LLMs or building internal tooling
