About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential rail technology organization in Lincoln that is seeking a Rail Programme Manager to lead nationally significant safety initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-project portfolios, bringing strategic structure and pace to high-priority rail safety initiatives
- Serve as the primary lead for senior partner stakeholders, building long-term trusted relationships at the C-suite level
- Drive cutting-edge technology programs from early-stage development through full execution
- Embed digital delivery tools and champion best practices across rail sector programs
- Navigate complex operational risks, clear project roadblocks, and introduce innovative ways of working
- Shape future project designs and delivery standards through strategic input
- Provide hands-on leadership across client offices and rail site locations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in the rail sector, ideally within an operational environment
- Current Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior industry leaders
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, scaling environment with competing priorities
- Proactive approach to leading complex programs and solving high-level challenges
- Passion for innovation, digital tool adoption, and continuous improvement
