About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential consulting firm that advises industrial leaders across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, and chemical sectors. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Manager, Data & Analytics Consulting to join their Advanced Analytics practice in Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
This is an opportunity to lead transformative data and analytics initiatives with world-class clients while working alongside passionate BI and analytics experts in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer projects in data and analytics, managing stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions
- Design and implement high-impact data and analytics initiatives for leading clients in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Architect and deploy modern data solutions using platforms such as SAP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Guide teams through agile methodologies to deliver measurable business value
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within project teams
- Navigate complex client environments and adapt strategies to changing business needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing consulting projects from inception through delivery
- Deep expertise in modern data architectures including Data Fabric and Data Mesh concepts
- Strong technical knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with enterprise platforms including SAP and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust across business and technical teams
- Agile mindset with capability to manage complexity and drive impactful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and develop talent
- German language proficiency required for client-facing work in Germany
