About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Dutch-speaking Support Specialist to join their global customer support team in London. Our client provides commerce technology solutions to hospitality businesses worldwide, and this role serves as a critical first point of contact for their European customer base.
This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge retail and hospitality technology while being part of a truly international, 24x7 support operation spanning multiple continents and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first-line support for hospitality customers requiring assistance with software and hardware issues
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email in both Dutch and English
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently using consistent diagnostic techniques
- Document, track, and manage customer interactions within support platforms
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to Quality Assurance teams, tracking through to resolution
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America
- Work flexible shifts including weekends as part of a scheduled roster to ensure continuous customer coverage
- Advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback and recurring issues
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to exceptional customer experience
- Basic proficiency with common platforms including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Preferred experience (not required):
- Experience with phone, email, ticketing, and live chat support platforms
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Background supporting SaaS products or iOS applications
- Computer networking knowledge or strong interest
- Working knowledge of macOS and basic HTML/CSS
- French language skills (in addition to Dutch and English)
