Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager in Berlin. In this role, you will:
- Lead the team as primary point of contact for managed talent and influencers
- Acquire new brand partnership opportunities, create proposals, and manage incoming collaboration requests
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with partners and service providers
- Develop concepts and content formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation
- Coordinate between talent and partners, plan talent deployments, and ensure their wellbeing
- Identify and recruit potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
- Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist activities in close collaboration with talent
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
- Strong interest and keen instinct for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding new trends and technologies
- Confident use of all major social media platforms and online communities
- Experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team player mentality
- Passionate about organization and talent development
