Account Executive – Berlin (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking an Account Executive for their Berlin territory. In this role, you will drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to close, managing your region as your own business unit.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle sales ownership: Lead prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing of new healthcare practice accounts
• Revenue accountability: Own your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets, and regional growth metrics
• Consultative selling: Analyze the needs of medical practices, understand operational challenges, and present tailored digital solutions
• Performance tracking: Maintain accurate forecasting and activity metrics in Salesforce to drive strategic territory planning
• Field-based engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and demonstrations at customer locations throughout your territory

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience: Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in field or outside sales roles
• Prospecting strength: Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strong pitching skills
• High energy and professionalism: Natural persuasiveness combined with polished, consultative client interactions
• Entrepreneurial drive: Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and resilience under pressure
• German fluency: C1-level or higher German proficiency required for client-facing work (written and spoken). Basic English helpful for internal collaboration but not required for customer meetings
• Mobility: Valid Class B driver's license required; role involves regular territory travel to customer sites
