This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic, international team while making a tangible impact in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, generating interest and qualifying prospects for product demonstrations
• Conduct daily outreach activities including phone calls and email campaigns, tracking all interactions through CRM systems
• Identify decision-makers within hotel properties and uncover their key business challenges
• Leverage local market knowledge to enhance outbound marketing efforts and connect meaningfully with property owners
• Stay current on hospitality industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with sales management to optimize the customer journey and streamline processes
• Contribute innovative ideas and test new approaches as part of a startup environment

What We're Looking For

• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Currently based in the United Kingdom or CET timezone
• Sales-driven personality with natural aptitude for understanding customer needs
• Tech-savvy individual excited by technology trends
• Positive, outgoing, and empathetic communication style
• Active listening skills with ability to uncover pain points and engage prospects effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks
• Collaborative team player committed to shared goals

Preferred qualifications:

• Additional European languages (Italian, French, or others)
• Experience in SaaS or travel-tech companies
• Hospitality industry background or passion for the hotel sector
