About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology organization seeking an experienced FRM Exam Tutor to join their network of subject matter experts. This is a remote, contract-based role where you'll work directly with professionals preparing for Financial Risk Manager certification across all seven core domains.

Responsibilities

• Assess each student's knowledge baseline and exam readiness across FRM domains including Foundations of Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Financial Markets and Products, Valuation and Risk Models, and Credit, Market, Operational and Integrated Risk Management
• Design personalized study plans tailored to individual learning styles, timelines, and knowledge gaps
• Deliver virtual tutoring sessions that break down complex risk management and quantitative concepts into digestible, actionable lessons
• Teach exam strategy including time management, question interpretation, and common pitfall avoidance
• Help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence through practice problems and mock exam scenarios
• Track student progress and adjust instructional approach based on performance trends
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistently high-quality student experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong FRM exam performance with demonstrated mastery of all exam domains
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience with measurable student outcomes
• Clear, structured communication style with the ability to simplify complex quantitative and risk concepts
• Experience creating customized learning plans based on diagnostic assessment
• Comfort with virtual instruction platforms and remote collaboration tools
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational and time management skills
• Genuine interest in helping professionals advance their careers through certification

Pay
