Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional representative for household support services in your designated area
• Build and coordinate a team of household helpers who provide support to clients
• Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to grow both the service team and client base
• Ensure quality care delivery for all clients requiring assistance within your district
• Act as the primary liaison between your region and central operations
• Manage scheduling, team support, and service coordination independently
• Maintain consistent communication with central support staff who assist with regional development

What We're Looking For

• Qualified professional in health or social services, including: educator (Erzieher/in), household manager (Hauswirtschafter/in), registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/mann), psychologist, social pedagogue, educational specialist (Diplompädagoge/in), special education professional (Heilpädagoge/in), geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger/in), pediatric nurse (Kinderkrankenpfleger/in), therapeutic educator (Heilerziehungspfleger/in), household management specialist (Hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleiter/in), or equivalent qualifications
• Strong capacity for independent, self-directed work
• Communicative personality comfortable building connections between people
• Thorough, sustainable, and careful approach to responsibilities
• Willingness to represent the organization publicly and build visibility in your region
• Passion for social engagement or interest in career reorientation
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)

Position Details: Permanent contract, full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week), Monday–Friday schedule with flexible, family-friendly hours. Located in Germany.
