People Operations Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a People Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and internal people programs in a growing organization.

Our client is building practical solutions in the career technology space and needs an organized, people-focused professional to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations for their distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required information is completed
• Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and HR information
• Assist employees with routine HR and People Operations questions
• Coordinate internal People-related communications, meetings, and activities
• Support the administration of company policies, procedures, and employee programs
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
• Assist with improving People Operations processes and documentation

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and online HR tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Interest in HR, People Operations, or employee experience

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in HR, administration, recruiting, or employee support
• Familiarity with HRIS or other people management systems
• Experience working in a remote or technology-focused company
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment documentation

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $45,000 - $55,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
