Werkstudent Customer Management (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a working student to support their Customer Management team. This hybrid role in Pulsnitz offers hands-on experience in payment processing and customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer service team with inquiry processing and customer data maintenance
• Handle organizational tasks in the back office and assist with administrative workflows
• Contribute to payment operations, including preparation and verification of payment processes
• Assist the POS technology team with terminal configuration and testing of technical procedures
• Collaborate across departments and gain exposure to various areas of customer management

What We're Looking For

• Current student with interest in payment processing and financial services
• Strong affinity for numbers, structured and precise work approach, and willingness to learn new software systems
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and handle responsibility under pressure
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) plus good English proficiency
• Team-oriented communicator who maintains professionalism in challenging situations and time-critical phases
