Unsere Talentabteilung vertritt einen Bildungsanbieter in Deutschland, der freiberufliche Lehrkräfte (w/m/d) für Data Analytics sucht. Diese Remote-Position richtet sich an erfahrene Fachleute, die ihr Wissen im Rahmen von planbaren Lehreinsätzen weitergeben möchten.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bereitstellung und Entwicklung von Unterrichtsmaterial für Data Analytics Kurse
- Durchführung von Live-Unterricht (Montag bis Donnerstag, 08:30 - 13:00 Uhr)
- Fachlich fundierte und praxisnahe Vermittlung von Lerninhalten im Bereich Data Analytics
- Betreuung und Unterstützung von Kursteilnehmenden während der Lernphase
- Bereitstellung von Materialien für betreutes Lernen (Montag bis Donnerstag 13:00 - 16:45 Uhr, Freitag 08:30 - 13:00 Uhr)
- Kurz- und mittelfristige Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen (Kursdauer: 4 Wochen)
Was wir suchen
- Nachweisbare Qualifikation als Data Analyst, Data Scientist oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Anwendung von Data Analytics Techniken und Methoden
- Praxiserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
- Vorhandenes Unterrichtsmaterial oder die Motivation, dieses eigenständig zu entwickeln
- Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und didaktisches Geschick
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und technische Versiertheit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Lernplattformen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
