Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education organization seeking a Team Lead for AI and Data Science training programs. In this role, you will oversee the delivery and continuous development of courses in artificial intelligence and data science. You will lead a team of instructors, serve as the central point of contact for course production and content, and ensure high-quality, pedagogically sound instruction for participants.

• Lead and develop a team of instructors in the Data and AI domain, providing guidance for course evolution and improvement
• Act as subject matter expert, contributing strategic input on curriculum development and identifying relevant trends in the field
• Monitor current developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics to identify relevant topics, technologies, and qualification offerings
• Ensure the technical quality of training programs and continuously refine content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats alongside your team
• Collaborate closely with instructors and technical experts to support their professional development and course enhancement
• Manage qualitative and quantitative staffing of your team with internal and external instructors, coordinating their deployment in teaching and course production
• Analyze market, client, and participant feedback to optimize existing offerings and develop new programs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Data and AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or comparable technical environment
• Leadership experience or experience in technical management of teams or networks
• Strong understanding of current developments in Data and AI, with good instincts for technologies and competencies relevant to the labor market and professional development
• Experience in designing, developing, or managing training, education, or qualification programs
• Experience collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and structured, independent working style
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in adult education or professional development
• AEVO certification, Train the Trainer, or comparable pedagogical qualification
• Hands-on experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or generative AI
