We are representing a leading European data and AI consulting firm with a growing presence across 23 countries. Our client is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join their 60-person analytics team in Paris's 9th arrondissement. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering advanced analytics solutions for major international clients across retail, luxury, healthcare, finance, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

As Data Analytics Manager, you will:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including consultants, data scientists, analysts, and engineers
• Deliver advanced analytics strategies and measurement solutions that provide visibility across physical and digital customer journeys
• Plan and execute complex analytics projects including e-commerce implementations, third-party tool integrations, and advanced modeling
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to provide recommendations that maximize ROI for client engagements
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements through scripting, tool development, and enhanced reporting methods
• Serve as internal analytics consultant on significant projects, shaping optimal solutions across teams
• Take ownership of analytics components in new business pitches
• Define and communicate clear analytics strategy that delivers measurable value
• Develop roadmaps for analytics offerings, processes, and techniques with best practice documentation
• Establish quality assurance processes to ensure analytics work meets the highest standards
• Build the organization's profile and reputation within the digital marketing community

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data-driven environments
• Deep expertise in at least one of these domains:
  • Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset
  • Analytics Engineering: dbt with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks experience
  • Marketing Analytics & Measurement: CDP platforms (Treasure Data, Hightouch, Tealium), marketing mix modeling, attribution, clean rooms
  • Low-Code/No-Code Data Science: Dataiku, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
• Strong foundation in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Git and software engineering fundamentals (versioning, testing, code quality)
• Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI applied to analytics
• Exposure to multiple analytics domains listed above
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
• Intellectual curiosity, pragmatism, and creativity
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Strong autonomy, reliability, and clear communication skills
