Senior Project Manager, Technical Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization in their search for a Senior Project Manager, Technical Services. This is a remote role based in EMEA, requiring schedule flexibility to overlap with US Pacific Time hours.

Our client is seeking an experienced project leader to orchestrate complex global implementations and migrations for mid-sized-to-enterprise customers. You'll serve as the central project owner and strategic bridge across time zones, managing overlapping multi-property engagements. While this role carries no direct reports, you will be formally accountable for developing project management capabilities across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate strategic project delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements, including delivery-date sequencing, workload smoothing, and portfolio-level planning
• Direct end-to-end deployment of enterprise and highly complex customer projects from kickoff through go-live
• Establish and maintain client relationships, navigating difficult conversations with senior client leadership as needed
• Anticipate, document, and escalate project risks to ensure timely mitigation
• Standardize workflows and best practices to support consistent, scalable delivery
• Architect cross-timezone coverage strategy, absorbing strategic planning and decision-making across regions
• Mentor and develop project management capability across regional teams, building structured upskilling toward more strategic project ownership

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of project management experience, ideally delivering revenue management or adjacent platform implementations such as PMS or CRS systems
• Hands-on revenue management experience—you understand it as both art and science and how it drives real business decisions
• Strong fluency with a project management platform (monday.com preferred) and the ability to scale it for large, complex multi-stakeholder customer projects
• An AI-forward working style—you actively use AI to accelerate project delivery while applying human judgment to validate outputs and maintain data integrity
• Demonstrated experience owning executive-level conversations with client stakeholders, including navigating difficult discussions
• Proven ability to work independently across overlapping time zones with schedule flexibility to overlap US West Coast working hours
• French and/or Spanish fluency is a plus
