Founder’s Associate / Assistenz des CTO (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential deep-tech hardware startup in Berlin that is scaling a patented technology from workshop to automated serial production. Our talent team is looking for a Founder's Associate to support the CTO in driving operational and strategic initiatives at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing, and technology development.

This is a full-time, on-site role starting immediately. You'll work directly alongside the CTO, ensuring strategic roadmaps translate into actionable results while maintaining oversight of technical projects, partnerships, and production scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic support to the CTO in building technology and manufacturing processes
• Manage technical projects including milestone tracking, testing phases, and R&D initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between engineering, workshop, production, and external partners
• Prepare meetings, technical decision documents, presentations, and reports; maintain technical data repositories
• Support supplier evaluations, patent processes, and technical certifications
• Assist in the organizational build-out of modern serial production, tracking deadlines and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, physics, technology management, or comparable qualification bridging technology and organization
• Initial experience in startup environments, technical project management, or similar founder's associate/executive assistant roles
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for hardware-based GreenTech solutions
• Collaborative problem-solver who supports teammates with clear, respectful communication
• Independent working style with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and find pragmatic solutions in dynamic phases
• Team spirit, initiative, and motivation to build something meaningful in an innovative environment
• Fluency in German required for daily operations
