Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization that is scaling rapidly across Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join their operations in Freiburg. This role focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting sales partners who distribute solar and energy solutions to residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales partners and their sales representatives, guiding them from initial contact through to successful contract execution
• Provide holistic support to existing sales partners through technical and commercial guidance, contributing to their ongoing success
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing partners and their teams to continuously improve product knowledge and sales capabilities
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events in the renewable energy sector to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct engagement
• Provide hands-on assistance with contract closures and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations and represent our client confidently in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience; openness to learning new topics such as renewable energy sales is essential
• Experience in large-scale financial services sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, with ability to navigate challenging situations successfully
• Passion for coaching and developing people, helping them continuously improve
• Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfort with extensive travel and appreciation for direct, in-person engagement with partners and customers
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
