Client Services Project Lawyer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal services organization in their search for a Client Services Project Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful legal projects while supporting consumer-facing operations with professionalism and care.

In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and project leadership—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service delivery. You'll handle complex inquiries, develop process documentation, and act as an escalation point for issues requiring specialized attention.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Follow established protocols and procedures while incorporating feedback from project managers and supervisors
• Collaborate effectively across teams and with various business partners
• Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to align with project goals
• Support supervisors and project managers in resolving operational issues
• Monitor case health by identifying errors and developing solutions
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with LLM
• Professional experience in fraud analysis, compliance analysis, conflict resolution, education, hospitality, or other transferable backgrounds
• Strong customer service skills including empathy, phone etiquette, and complaint de-escalation
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Flexibility to handle changing or competing priorities
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Exceptional planning, organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Customer service-focused mindset

Position Details

Contract Length: 1 year (with potential for extension based on project needs and performance)
