Werkstudent (m/w/d) Schulungskonzepte & Erneuerbare Energien

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student (15–20 hours per week) to support training concept development and knowledge transfer in the renewables sector. You will:

• Create and develop training materials and learning content focused on renewable energy topics
• Conduct independent research and prepare technical subjects from the renewable energy field
• Support the design and delivery of training sessions
• Present training content to small groups
• Serve as a point of contact for user questions regarding a digital learning platform
• Coordinate and communicate with the platform support team
• Analyze errors and user feedback to continuously improve processes and content
• Provide organizational and administrative support in the training environment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Basic technical understanding and genuine interest in energy topics
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Independent and structured working style
• Passion for translating complex knowledge into accessible formats
• Very good German language skills (C2 level)
• Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI applications or digital learning platforms, experience with training software, previous involvement in creating workshops or presentations
