Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading identity security platform provider seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their UK&I team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the identity and access management space, partnering with enterprise customers to solve complex security challenges.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer sales lifecycle, translating business requirements into technical solutions and demonstrating how our client's platform can secure digital identities across their organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor throughout all stages of the customer sales lifecycle
• Build and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, from developers to C-level executives
• Understand customer technical needs through detailed discovery and present targeted solutions that address those requirements
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, including whiteboard sessions and on-the-fly technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to drive customer outcomes
• Travel to meet with customers across the UK and Ireland region

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in PreSales roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or PreSales Consultant)
• Strong knowledge of at least one standard network security protocol (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP)
• Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) including identity lifecycle management, access reviews, RBAC, and policy enforcement
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts such as least privilege, just-in-time access, session monitoring, and credential vaulting
• Understanding of core application security concerns (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF)
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices, including MEDDPICCC
• Experience working with Large Enterprise and Strategic accounts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to present complex information to highly skilled and experienced audiences
• Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, and API-based solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or comparable field
• Software development background

Pay
