Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential business law firm in Berlin that requires a Legal Specialist for their Tech & Data practice. In this role, you will take ownership of clearly defined legal matters relating to data protection, IT law, artificial intelligence, and digital business models. You will work on recurring legal tasks that support client matters while maintaining a predictable workload. Your responsibilities include managing scoped areas of responsibility, contributing to client work from day one under team supervision, and applying your legal expertise to solve challenges around digital innovation, software contracts, cloud computing, and regulatory compliance in the digital economy.

What We're Looking For

  • Successfully completed both German State Examinations in Law (minimum 18 points combined)
  • Genuine interest in technology and data law, including data protection and IT/software law
  • Ideally, first practical experience in tech-related legal fields
  • Curiosity about technology topics including AI, software contracts, cloud computing, and digital business models
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to approach problems creatively
  • Team-oriented work style
  • Excellent German language skills (required)
  • Strong English language proficiency
