Wir suchen im Auftrag eines etablierten Bauunternehmens einen erfahrenen Kalkulator (m/w/d) für Ingenieur- und Tiefbauprojekte in Leipzig. Unser Mandant bietet eine moderne Arbeitsumgebung mit digitalen Prozessen, fairen Fristen und einem Team, das Ihre Fachkompetenz wertschätzt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Kalkulation von Tief-, Straßen- und Ingenieurbauprojekten
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenermittlungen mit moderner Software
- Einholung und Auswertung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen
- Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Nachtragskalkulation
- Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Einkauf
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung als Bautechniker
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Kalkulation im Tief- oder Ingenieurbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. iTWO, RIB, Nevaris)
- Analytisches Denken, Sorgfalt und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)

Vergütung
Vergütung über Get A Job.ai: 75.000–105.000 EUR pro Jahr, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Unser Mandant bietet zusätzlich Erfolgsprämien, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Firmenwagen oder Mobilitätsbudget, 30 Urlaubstage, flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten.
