Unser Mandant setzt auf digitale Aufmaße, fortschrittliche Kalkulationssoftware und ein Arbeitsumfeld, das Ihre fachliche Expertise wertschätzt. Sie arbeiten überwiegend im Büro mit Homeoffice-Anteil und profitieren von fairer Auslastung sowie verlässlicher Einsatzplanung.
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kalkulation von Tiefbau-, Straßenbau- und Ingenieurbau-Projekten
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenermittlungen
- Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten für Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen
- Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Nachtragskalkulation
- Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Einkauf
Wen wir suchen
- Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Kalkulation im Tiefbau oder Ingenieurbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. iTWO, RIB, Nevaris)
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Sorgfalt und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
