Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential electronics organization in Berlin seeking a Software Developer for Test Engineering. In this role, you will:

• Plan, monitor, and continuously improve test processes and test technology for in-house production and with manufacturing partners
• Advise the development team during new product development on test engineering requirements
• Implement development test specifications into series production environments
• Design, create, and introduce test adapters and test systems
• Develop automated test software and test hardware solutions
• Program test systems using LabVIEW
• Support production teams and manufacturing partners with test technology questions
• Commission and deploy new test systems
• Perform troubleshooting and error resolution in the test field

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, or comparable field
• Proven experience in test engineering for electronic assemblies and electronic devices
• Deep knowledge in software development and software architecture
• Strong programming skills in LabVIEW; experience with Python and C is highly desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Analytical and structured working approach
• Fluent German and good English language skills
