About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading European venture studio in their search for a Chief of Staff focused on Go-To-Market execution. This confidential organization builds AI-native technology companies from the ground up, and you'll work directly with a senior partner who leads their frontier AI vertical.

This is a rare opportunity to be inside the creation of multiple category-defining startups simultaneously. You'll split your time between hands-on company building (80%) and studio operations (20%), serving as the execution backbone for fast-moving founding teams working across physical AI, autonomous systems, and AI-native financial services infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market execution for portfolio companies: positioning, customer acquisition, sales processes, pricing strategy, and GTM experiments from inception through scaling
• Build and maintain the tools, automations, trackers, and systems needed to run effective go-to-market operations across multiple ventures
• Participate in weekly operational rhythms: kick-offs, product meetings, recaps. Own cadence, objective-setting, documentation, and decision-tracking using AI-powered tools
• Serve as the primary interface between founding teams and central functions (Finance, Legal, Talent, Communications), coordinating resources as projects require them
• Transform new ideas into tangible opportunities through discovery work: outreach, market sizing, value chain analysis, positioning, and opportunity documentation
• Support founder pipeline growth by collaborating on sourcing strategy, connecting with top industry talent, and building studio visibility
• Develop and refine shared playbooks, AI tooling, and reusable systems that create compounding value across the studio

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in go-to-market, growth, operations, or founding roles within tech startups or the startup ecosystem
• Builder mindset with practical experience creating automations, tools, dashboards, and running experiments
• Genuine appetite for go-to-market work: comfortable with cold outreach, direct sales, and landing first customers when you're an unknown entity
• High agency and bias toward shipping—you figure things out and execute without waiting for detailed instructions
• Strong work ethic and hunger to be part of building exceptional companies
• Active AI tools user who constantly tests and adopts better setups
• Comfortable representing the organization: reaching out to founders, hosting events, and building relationships
• Fluent English required; based in or willing to relocate to Paris

Pay
