Human Design Program Lead (f/m/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential energy technology client seeking a Human Design Program Lead based in Paris, France. Our client builds advanced platforms that enable utilities to transform their operations through technology, culture, and organizational excellence.

This role sits within a specialized Human Design practice that supports clients through large-scale transformation. You'll be the single point of accountability for culture and ways-of-working transformation across a regional portfolio of approximately four major clients. This is a senior position requiring deep expertise in behavioral transformation, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior client relationships from pursuit through sales, onboarding, and long-term partnership
• Own a regional client portfolio with responsibility for human design outcomes across all accounts
• Serve as primary contact for C-suite leadership coaching and enablement
• Lead initial transformation sprints including culture surveys, line of sight workshops, and executive leadership development programs
• Drive top-down cultural transformation working directly with C-suite and executive layers
• Collaborate with global practice leads to implement best practices across transformation programs
• Monitor risks and escalate issues throughout client migration and implementation phases
• Act as cultural steward, embodying best-in-class ways of working and ensuring consistency across portfolio
• Bridge knowledge transfer between new clients and proven success stories
• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions across different seniorities and cultures

What We're Looking For

• In-depth expertise across human design disciplines: cultural transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, and adult learning
• Proven track record leading major program transformations across multiple geographies
• Established trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executive leadership
• World-class facilitation skills with ability to tell compelling stories across different audiences
• Deep understanding of organizational psychology, behavior change, and adult learning principles
• Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity in technology-enabled transformations
• Knowledge of leadership concepts including psychological safety, empowerment, growth mindset, and agile leadership
• Systems thinking approach with human-centered methodology
• Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Telco industries highly desirable
• Calm, confident presence with ability to challenge executives with empathy and clarity
• Experience building or scaling leadership practices in complex environments
• Based in Paris, France with right to work in France (visa sponsorship not available)
• Fluent English required for this English-speaking organization
