About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Germany that is experiencing significant growth. Our talent team is conducting a search for a Technical Recruiter who will own full-cycle hiring for engineering roles and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial brief through accepted offer for backend, frontend, and DevOps positions
  • Build proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing for difficult-to-fill technical roles
  • Assess candidate fit, coordinate timely hiring decisions, and lead offer negotiations to close
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine role profiles, search strategies, and interview processes based on market evidence
  • Track and own numerical hiring metrics, adjusting tactics based on what moves results
  • Recover stalled searches and improve recruitment processes continuously

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven progression from agency recruiting or hands-on sourcing into in-house technical recruitment with clear ownership
  • Track record of personally building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and closing hires
  • Sufficient technical depth to discuss how engineering teams build and ship software
  • Demonstrated ownership of hiring outcomes with specific examples of actions that improved results
  • Experience recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with data, and negotiating complex offers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working in a high-velocity environment
