About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential event services organization in Berlin that supports hospitality venues and live events across the city. We're seeking flexible service staff who enjoy working with people and want meaningful work alongside school, university, or other commitments.

This is a temporary staffing role ideal for candidates who value flexibility, personal support, and the opportunity to work across diverse event environments in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support at various events and hospitality venues throughout Berlin
• Assist with on-site logistics including setup, breakdown, and handling of event materials
• Coordinate and organize smooth event operations in collaboration with the team
• Communicate professionally with guests, including international visitors
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service standards
• Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and strong English language skills for guest communication
• Organizational abilities to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
• Friendly demeanor, team-oriented mindset, and flexibility in dynamic environments

Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not required. Our client provides training and preparation before your first assignments. Motivation, reliability, and a genuine interest in learning are most important.

Pay
