JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d) FESTIVAL & EVENTS

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization in Hamburg seeking a Junior Product Manager for Festival & Events. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the organization, internal and external communication, analysis, and product development of major event formats
• Support planning and organization of premium expo halls, exhibition stands, and sampling activations, collaborating closely with exhibitors, event agencies, and production partners
• Alternatively, manage end-to-end planning, support, and execution of masterclass and guided tour products—from partner consultation through cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, editorial, and technical teams to on-site speaker support
• Coordinate diverse stakeholder interests to deliver exceptional experiences for customers, attendees, and colleagues
• Drive product innovation and elevate event offerings to the next level
