International Junior Consultant Healthcare LATAM & North America

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm that specializes in international healthcare market entry across Latin America, North America, Asia, Europe, and MENA regions. Our client works with pharmaceutical, consumer health, aesthetic medicine, and dermatology companies navigating complex regulatory and commercial landscapes.

This is an in-office role based in Berlin, working as part of a small international team. The position offers responsibility from day one, with direct involvement in client projects spanning market analysis, regulatory strategy, and partner identification across multiple continents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze international commercial and regulatory healthcare topics related to market entry and expansion strategies
• Break down complex situations and identify actionable solutions for client challenges
• Coordinate and plan international client projects with multiple stakeholders
• Take ownership of corporate content and digital strategy initiatives including web presence, social media, and educational programming
• Work directly with clients and international expert networks across 20+ countries

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-2 years of working experience or substantial practical internships
• Strong interest in consulting, though professional services background from other industries is welcome
• Ability to structure complex information clearly and communicate findings effectively
• Excellent research and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to manage international project responsibilities and deadlines
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese is a significant plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
• Career changers are welcome—personality and potential matter more than specific experience

Important: This is a full-time, in-office position in Berlin Kreuzberg with no remote work options. You must be willing to work face-to-face with the team daily.
