We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a skilled Marketplace Manager to join their team. Our client operates in the online retail sector with a focus on health and wellness products. This is a full-time, 100% position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

As the marketplace lead, you will be responsible for driving growth across multiple online sales channels and optimizing product performance in competitive digital marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize product presence across various online marketplaces
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify and execute growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness
• Ensure smooth order and delivery processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Experience in online marketplaces and e-commerce, ideally within the health and wellness sector
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
