Working Student, Growth & Strategy (m/f/d)

Overview

We are representing a confidential client in the visualization software sector, seeking a Working Student to support their Growth & Strategy function. This is a remote opportunity based in Germany for candidates enrolled at a German university with valid work authorization.

You will work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that drive go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on, project-based role ideal for a student with strong analytical skills and genuine interest in commercial strategy who wants to own outcomes, not just complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-priority go-to-market initiatives by tracking milestones, managing stakeholder inputs, and ensuring measurable outcomes
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes, proposing frameworks that improve organizational scalability
• Translate data and analysis into structured, concise storylines and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, synthesizing findings into clear briefings and recommendations for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field at a German university
• Valid work/residence permit for Germany and proof of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, venture-backed company, or management consultancy is strongly preferred
• Analytical mindset that goes beyond surface-level data, questions assumptions, and draws independent conclusions
• Initiative and ownership: identifies problems, proposes solutions, and implements without waiting for direction
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments without established playbooks
• Ability to structure complex ideas and produce concise, high-quality written output for senior audiences
• Collaborative and adaptable across functions with ability to adjust to shifting priorities
• Fluent in English

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €18 per hour. This is a working student position limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
