About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential hospitality technology company seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team in Germany or Spain. Our client is a global leader in hotel commerce software, serving thousands of properties worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional fluent in German to join an innovative, fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to accommodation providers, helping them understand how technology can transform their booking processes and drive revenue growth. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, working with a diverse range of properties across the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and identify upsell opportunities with existing customers throughout the full sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Prepare accurate quotes and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company profit margins
- Maintain detailed records of all business development activities in the CRM system
- Gather and communicate client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement
- Build relationships with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand
- Attend key industry functions and client meetings, with occasional travel required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Fluent German (minimum C2 level) - essential requirement
- Professional proficiency in English
- Confident phone presence with excellent meeting facilitation and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with resilience and consistent work ethic
- Growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback
- Hunter mentality with a track record of achieving sales targets

Pay
