About This Opportunity
We are representing a leading hospitality technology platform that is transforming how accommodation providers connect with guests worldwide. Our client serves tens of thousands of properties across 150+ countries, processing millions of reservations annually through their innovative commerce solutions.
As a Business Development Manager for the DACH region, you will drive new business growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll engage with diverse customer segments—from independent boutique properties to large hotel groups—advising them on revenue management and guest acquisition strategies. This is a remote position based in Germany, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-powered technology while building strategic partnerships across the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a robust, segmented pipeline across the DACH market
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions and product presentations, positioning solutions that align with clients' commercial objectives
- Negotiate contracts that balance client value with company profitability
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand presence
- Travel occasionally within the DACH region for client meetings and industry functions
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in B2B sales with full-cycle responsibility, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, or related commercial services
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, revenue management, and guest acquisition strategies
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to diagnose business needs and influence decision-makers
- Excellent remote communication abilities—both written and verbal—with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous, thriving without constant supervision
- Resilient, growth-oriented mindset with openness to coaching and continuous learning
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Fluent German (C2 level minimum) and professional proficiency in English
