About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential sports technology client based in Cologne who is seeking a working student in communication design. Our talent team is looking for a creative individual who can contribute to visual content production and paid media campaigns.
This is a part-time student position (Werkstudent) that combines hands-on design work with content creation across digital platforms. You'll work alongside an ambitious team while balancing your ongoing studies.
Responsibilities
- Design static ads and video ads for paid media campaigns, developing creative assets tailored to different platforms and target audiences
- Support the planning and execution of photo and video productions, contributing creative concepts and ideas
- Execute smaller-scale photo and video productions independently with team support, managing projects from concept through to final deliverables
- Edit and cut video content for social media channels and paid media campaigns, optimizing formats for each platform
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all communications
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an ongoing degree program in media, communication, design, or a comparable field
- Initial experience creating photo and video content for social media platforms
- Proficiency with Canva and Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is advantageous
- Strong visual sense, creative thinking, and genuine interest in sports and social media
- Structured and independent working style with excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to balance academic commitments with part-time work responsibilities
