Crime Watch Canada is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead growth initiatives and build brand awareness in Edmonton and the surrounding region. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll drive revenue through strategic partnerships, develop advertising campaigns, and communicate our mission to the community.

Role Overview

As Sales and Marketing Director, you'll oversee all commercial and promotional activities for Crime Watch Canada. This position combines sales leadership, marketing strategy, and communications expertise to expand our reach, generate funding, and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across Edmonton and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the Edmonton region
• Lead marketing initiatives that communicate the organisation's value and mission
• Manage fundraising efforts and partnerships with local businesses and community organisations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and commercial partners
• Coordinate internal and external communications to strengthen brand presence
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data and feedback

What You Bring

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent, or proven professional experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in sales, advertising, communications, and market research
• A customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in service excellence
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build productive working relationships
• Experience developing fundraising initiatives or commercial partnerships is valued
