Technical Onboarding Specialist – Praxissoftware (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will guide medical practices and healthcare facilities through the implementation of practice management software and related digital health solutions from day one.

• Data Migration: Ensure secure and accurate transfer of patient and appointment data from legacy systems into modern practice software, bringing order to complex data transitions and making the switch seamless for healthcare providers.
• Client Communication: Proactively engage with practices via phone and email throughout the technical onboarding process, verifying configurations and guiding clients through each implementation milestone.
• Internal Technical Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for sales, deployment, and other teams on complex technical matters including system configurations, API integrations, and challenging onboarding scenarios.
• System Integration: Connect all-in-one practice management solutions with existing healthcare IT infrastructure, configuring interfaces to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to training development, process automation, and innovation initiatives to continuously enhance the onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Data Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel or similar tools, with at least basic exposure to SQL or regular expressions for data manipulation and validation.
• Language Skills: Fluent German communication (any dialect) and solid English proficiency for professional interactions.
• Technical Foundation: Working knowledge of APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, and VPNs; you understand how technical systems interconnect.
• Communication Strength: Comfortable explaining technical concepts to clients via phone or video meetings, translating complexity into clarity.
• Detail-Oriented Curiosity: Keen attention to detail and genuine interest in healthtech and digital transformation in healthcare.

Preferred qualifications (or willingness to learn):

• Coding experience in JavaScript and/or Python, plus SQL database knowledge
• Familiarity with patient management systems or EHR platforms
• Experience with SaaS tools and AI integration in workflows

Pay

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Berlin with hybrid flexibility (2 days remote per week). The position is available for immediate start.
