About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the digital entertainment sector, and we're looking for a Customer Expert with Italian and English to join their support team remotely from Bulgaria. This is a text-based role—no phone calls required—supporting users of a global platform through email and messaging channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email and messaging platforms (no voice/phone support)
• Respond to user inquiries accurately and professionally in both Italian and English
• Troubleshoot account issues, billing questions, and platform functionality concerns
• Document interactions and maintain clear records of customer cases
• Explain solutions in a clear, empathetic, and customer-friendly manner
• Collaborate with multicultural team members across various time zones
• Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal Italian and English skills (both required)
• Fast and accurate typing abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a digital workspace
• Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills
• Professional communication style in written correspondence
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Valid EU work permit and legal right to work in Bulgaria
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
• Comfort working fixed schedules between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday

Working Arrangements

• Location: Remote within Bulgaria
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, fixed (no rotation)
• Hours: Between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
• Employment Type: Full-time
