Senior Clinical Applications Associate – Cadence/Hello World/MyChart

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading academic medical institution in their search for a Senior Clinical Applications Associate focused on Epic patient engagement platforms. This position plays a central role in optimizing digital patient access, communication tools, and outreach capabilities that connect patients with care providers.

You'll partner with clinical access leadership and operational teams to design, build, and refine Epic functionality supporting patient scheduling, engagement campaigns, and digital front door experiences. This is a technical-operational hybrid role requiring hands-on Epic configuration expertise and the ability to translate access strategies into functional system designs.

Location: Houston, Texas area or remote within Texas (occasional on-site meetings required at employee expense)

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of Hello World and Campaigns modules to execute patient engagement and outreach strategies
• Design, configure, and manage targeted patient communication campaigns aligned with organizational access goals
• Build and maintain Epic Cadence, MyChart, and Ambulatory configurations supporting patient engagement workflows
• Develop digital front door capabilities including provider search, online scheduling, and patient acquisition pathways
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and engagement data; recommend evidence-based optimization strategies
• Partner with access leadership, revenue cycle, and clinical operations to align system functionality with operational priorities
• Manage enhancement requests and small-to-medium projects involving patient access and engagement workflows
• Perform application monitoring, testing, and documentation to support system stability and upgrades
• Collaborate across Epic application teams to support cross-module integrations and workflows
• Participate in operational support and troubleshooting activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Four years of relevant experience with Epic applications
• Hands-on experience with Epic Cadence (required)
• Strong technical configuration skills and understanding of patient access workflows
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system builds and enhancements
• Work authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Strongly Preferred:

• Epic Certification in Cadence or MyChart
• Hello World badge or equivalent engagement platform training
• Direct experience with Hello World, Campaigns, or similar patient outreach/engagement tools
• Background supporting patient access operations, digital scheduling, or engagement initiatives
• Experience analyzing engagement metrics and optimizing outreach performance
