Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential industrial technology client seeking a Business Development Intern to support their European operations based in Berlin.
- Manage and distribute new leads across the sales team and provide day-to-day business development support
- Prospect and identify potential clients or partners through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media outreach
- Plan and execute weekly sales newsletters and customer updates to maintain clear and engaging communication
- Provide operational support for ad hoc business activities within the sales and business development functions
- Identify process challenges and propose creative, actionable solutions to improve efficiency
- Assist the Growth Chief of Staff with strategic initiatives across the Sales organization
- Develop business acumen through hands-on execution and team collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate seeking practical work experience
- Motivated and passionate about new ideas with a creative mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with confidence in client and partner interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and drive solutions
