Customer Success Internship (German speaking)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology-enabled trading organization in their search for a Customer Success Intern fluent in German. This Berlin-based company operates across multiple European markets and is experiencing significant growth. We're seeking a motivated individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.

This is a minimum 6-month internship for someone who is currently enrolled in university or recently graduated. You'll work directly with customers in the DACH region, helping to build and refine the post-sales experience that drives customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the customer journey for DACH market clients, focusing on satisfaction and retention
• Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges through creative problem-solving
• Manage end-to-end post-sales processes including onboarding, claims handling, and delivery issue resolution
• Execute multi-channel communication with customers via phone and email to provide premium support
• Design and implement scalable processes that enhance customer experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs
• Gather and communicate customer insights to inform product and service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in university or recently graduated, available for minimum 6 months
• C1-level German proficiency (required) and excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Hands-on, execution-driven approach with ability to work independently
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset when addressing customer challenges
• Genuine interest in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
• Curiosity and passion for learning in a dynamic business setting
