Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading mobile gaming publisher in their search for a Marketing Unity Developer to join their Live Studios division in Paris. Our client operates at global scale, with a diverse portfolio of hybrid-casual and midcore titles reaching hundreds of millions of active players worldwide.

In this role, you'll work within a team dedicated to evolving mobile games from lightweight experiences into rich, engaging titles with deeper progression systems and long-term player retention. You'll collaborate directly with marketing and user acquisition teams to create compelling creative assets that drive growth across multiple live games.

Responsibilities

• Modify and iterate on Unity projects across a portfolio of hybrid-casual and midcore mobile games
• Create custom gameplay setups, scenes, animations, environments, character skins, and visual assets for marketing purposes
• Prototype gameplay variations and concepts specifically designed for advertising creative testing
• Record, edit, and produce gameplay videos optimized for user acquisition campaigns
• Share modified builds and assets with marketing and user acquisition stakeholders
• Analyze creative performance metrics and benchmark competitor approaches to continuously improve results
• Work across multiple active projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities

What We're Looking For

• Strong Unity development skills with demonstrated experience modifying existing game projects
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, particularly hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore genres
• Creative mindset with curiosity and comfort working independently on experimental concepts
• Basic proficiency with motion and video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut Desktop
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Fluency in spoken and written English or Russian
