Senior Full Stack Engineer – Frontend Architecture – AdManager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential streaming TV advertising platform in Paris. Our client is at the forefront of performance-driven connected TV advertising, serving thousands of brands and reaching millions of households. Following a recent strategic acquisition, they are entering an exciting growth phase with enhanced data capabilities and market reach.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep frontend architecture expertise to join their Web Platform team. This is a foundational role: you'll be responsible for establishing scalable frontend architecture and development standards that will support the next phase of product expansion. The codebase has grown rapidly, and you'll have the mandate to introduce structure, patterns, and maintainability across dashboards, campaign tools, and real-time reporting interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable frontend state management strategy across the application
• Establish frontend coding standards, architectural patterns, and clear separation of concerns between UI, business logic, state, and data layers
• Lead technical decision-making on frontend architecture and communicate trade-offs effectively
• Improve maintainability, testability, and performance of the existing frontend codebase
• Build reusable component libraries that increase consistency across product surfaces
• Drive design system adoption and translate Figma designs into production-ready implementations
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design-to-code processes
• Conduct code reviews to elevate frontend quality standards across the engineering team
• Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices
• Contribute to backend services and APIs when necessary

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience defining or substantially improving frontend architecture in an existing codebase
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally React
• Demonstrated expertise solving state-management challenges at scale, including local, shared, server, and URL state
• Experience building, integrating, or maintaining design systems
• Comfort working across the full stack, including APIs, data models, and backend architecture
• Track record of introducing standards or patterns that were adopted by other engineers

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-assisted development or design-to-code tooling
• Background modernizing legacy or rapidly-growing frontend codebases
• Familiarity integrating design tools like Figma into development workflows
• Experience in fast-moving product or startup environments
