Enterprise Account Executive (Hybrid – London office)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data infrastructure organization seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their London team. This is a hybrid hunting role focused on enterprise accounts with 1000+ employees. You'll drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships in a rapidly scaling environment with strong product-market fit.

Location: London (hybrid – 2-3 days per week in office)

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close for enterprise-level accounts
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through both outbound and inbound channels
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
• Craft customized proposals that align technical solutions with business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Travel periodically to meet with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, data platforms, or cloud solutions at enterprise level
• 2+ years of field sales experience with in-person customer engagement
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles in data infrastructure, developer tooling, or adjacent technical domains
• Demonstrated success selling to engineering, data, or platform teams
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding new business quotas in high-growth environments
• Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
• Proactive mindset with perseverance and accountability
• Familiarity with data orchestration, analytics, or related technologies is advantageous
• Experience in startup or high-growth settings preferred

Pay

Our client offers an estimated on-target earnings up to £225,000 uncapped, plus a generous equity component. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
