About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B software company in the institutional real estate sector, based in Munich. Our client has built a platform that combines intelligent document management with AI-powered workflow automation, serving over 50 institutional clients across the DACH region with active expansion into new markets.

We're seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the platform team and work directly with the lead developer and founding team. This is a hands-on role where you'll build features across the entire stack, integrate AI capabilities into production systems, and see your work impact real customers daily.

Responsibilities

  • Develop features across the full stack using Python (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend), from concept through deployment
  • Integrate AI functionalities and agents developed by the AI team into the core platform, ensuring smooth operation and understanding the underlying mechanisms
  • Streamline customer and property onboarding processes by bringing external configurations into the platform and maintaining stable integrations with third-party systems
  • Test your own work, translate customer feedback directly into improvements, and potentially coordinate results directly with clients as you grow into the role
  • Work on complete features with full context rather than fragmented micro-tasks, with the autonomy to think through solutions end-to-end

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of software development experience, ideally working on SaaS products
  • Strong full-stack capabilities with backend focus in Python, plus willingness to work hands-on with React/TypeScript frontend code
  • Product mindset: you want to understand the "why" behind features, take ownership of complete topics, and think critically rather than just completing tickets
  • Foundational understanding of LLM-based and agent-driven applications
  • Fluent German for working with German-language documents, team collaboration, and potential client interactions; solid English for team communication
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate; comfortable with office-based work and a bias toward building quickly, pragmatically, and cleanly
  • Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud operations, document processing, OCR, or LLM APIs, and interest in customer-facing work
