About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established healthcare organization in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Our client seeks an experienced pharmacist to lead a team in the pharmaceutical clinic supply division in Bernau bei Berlin. This is a leadership role where you will guide a team of four professionals, overseeing both technical and personnel matters in hospital and retail pharmacy operations.

As the successful candidate, you will work directly with decision-makers in the department and have significant autonomy to shape processes and develop your team. This position offers the opportunity to specialize further in clinical pharmacy supply while maintaining a collaborative relationship with existing branch leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of four pharmaceutical staff members
• Ensure smooth operational processes across retail pharmacy and hospital supply functions
• Establish and continuously improve workflows, including interface management and quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with branch leadership while maintaining primary responsibility for team management
• Contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy supply services with opportunities for deeper specialization

What We're Looking For

• Licensed pharmacist (Approbation) qualified to practice in Germany
• Proven leadership experience, ideally including both technical and personnel management responsibilities, or strong confidence in leading a four-person team
• Solid understanding of clinical pharmacy supply and retail pharmacy operations
• Structured approach to responsibility with excellent communication and team-oriented working style
• Willingness to develop expertise specifically in clinical pharmacy supply
• Excellent German language skills

Additional Information: This role is available as full-time or can be structured as 35 hours per week. The position offers above-standard compensation, substantial freedom to shape operational development, and a supportive, clearly defined working environment.
