As a Student Coach (m/w/d) for Care & Digitalization, you'll work directly with nursing teams across healthcare facilities, training staff on digital tools that reduce administrative burden and restore time for patient care. This role combines your nursing studies with practical implementation experience in a growing HealthTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions for nursing staff at hospitals and care facilities in your region
• Support healthcare organizations during digital solution implementation and go-live phases
• Translate technical features into practical, everyday language that resonates with frontline caregivers
• Ensure sustained adoption of digital tools by building confidence and addressing real-world usage questions
• Relay user feedback from care facilities to the product and development teams
• Deliver training with empathy and understanding of shift work, documentation pressure, and time constraints in nursing

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Nursing, Nursing Management, Health Sciences, or a related degree program
• Actively seeking a working student position (Werkstudent) alongside your studies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new concepts clearly and build user confidence
• Genuine interest in digital healthcare, AI applications, and modern documentation workflows
• First-hand understanding of nursing environments—shift work, documentation challenges, and time pressures
• Comfortable working independently on-site at various healthcare facilities
• German language proficiency required for training delivery; English beneficial
