About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting client based in Germany that connects small and mid-sized businesses with government funding programs. Our talent team is seeking a Content & Marketing Assistant who is currently living abroad and can work remotely in a freelance, part-time capacity. This role is ideal for German-speaking professionals residing outside Germany who excel at structured content creation and digital marketing.

This is a freelance, part-time position (3–6 hours per day) with flexible scheduling. You must be fluent in German and able to work within or near European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the editorial content calendar with attention to structure, timelines, and consistency
• Prepare webinars from concept through final presentation materials
• Create newsletters and prepare email campaigns that are clear, persuasive, and concise
• Write and structure blog articles optimized for readability and engagement
• Develop Instagram posts and social media content tailored to the target audience
• Build professional PowerPoint presentations that are visually compelling and persuasive
• Apply design sensibility to ensure all materials meet quality standards
• Collaborate closely with leadership to execute ideas quickly and accurately

What We're Looking For

• Excellent German writing skills—error-free, stylistically confident, and audience-aware
• Experience in content marketing, editorial work, or a similar role
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and graphic design tools; you know what makes slides effective
• Structured, independent work style with strong deadline management
• Understanding of what resonates with SMBs, agencies, and consultants
• Active use of AI tools to work more efficiently
• Preference for candidates in European time zones, though not mandatory
