Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction materials organization seeking a working student to support their HR department in Hamburg-Harburg for 15-20 hours per week. In this role, you will:
- Support the digitalization of personnel files through structured preparation, printing, scanning, and filing of HR-relevant documents
- Maintain and continuously update physical personnel files to ensure complete and traceable documentation
- Review and optimize existing folder structures under HR team guidance to ensure systematic, efficient, and user-friendly access to relevant data and documents
- Support daily operations within the HR department by handling administrative tasks and contributing to operational HR processes
- Gain insights into ongoing HR operations at a modern, growing organization, including active participation in onboarding processes
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in Human Resources Management, Personnel and Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Affinity for software and digitalization, including confident use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player comfortable working in a small but strong and well-coordinated team
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
